Seems that one of the challenges for the EV towing is the need to unhook and perhaps the need to move from caravan park area to charge area. What pressures can be brought to bear to encourage tow friendly charge stations particularly at service stations on major routes?
Still working on that one Andrew. Chris at ElectricTowcars has already got the ball rolling and we will be collaborating in the future. The main reason I started this newsletter is to hopefully build an EV Touring Community (that is away from the ravages of social media) and possibly acquire a more powerful voice. Some of the changes needed cost practically no money - for example, reserved parking spaces as a 'trailer drop' opposite existing chargers as a short term measure. I'm aiming to start covering this issue in the next post. Cheers!
